Driver guided tour in an 8-seater minibus. Door to door service. Frequent stops at panoramic sites taken en route. Set down stops at closest proximity to monument and pedestrian village. Tour departure and return times subject to modification in case of traffic or other problems. Route to and from any destination subject to modification in case of traffic or other problems. SUNNYdays Prestige Travel is not liable for any delay due to traffic or customer’s lateness. We apologise in advance to our customers. Admission charges to monuments not included except where stated. SUNNYdays Prestige Travel is not liable for accidents on the public highway. All customers insured against accident during transportation, but not when boarding or disembarking vehicle. Personal belongings not insured.

Prices per person, except where stated otherwise. Prices and departure times are valid for tour starting in Nice. Confirmation deposit must be paid in advance. Half-price for children from 3 to 10 yrs and nominal seat charge (10€) for those less than 3 yrs.

1) Children under 10 years of age are not allowed to travel in the front seat. In the rear seats all children under 10 must be in the correct restraint: if their weight is between 9 and 15kg, a child seat. Over 15 kg, a booster type seat.
2) SUNNYdays Prestige Travel only accept the transportation of children and infants in the above conditions. It is the responsibility of the client to inform SUNNYdays Prestige Travel of the age of any accompanying children. SUNNYdays Prestige Travel will not guarantee departure and is not liable if client does not inform us of the age of children and/or infants.
3) SUNNYdays Prestige Travel can supply boosters and infant seats ONLY on prior notice. The client accepts cancellation of the tour if these conditions are not met, and understands no refund will be offered.

Use of seatbelt is MANDATORY for ALL clients, irrespective of seat, age, sex or health conditions.

While SUNNYdays Prestige Travel undertake to provide the paid-for service, a certain flexibility is required of the client. There may be instances where SUNNYdays Prestige Travel cannot perform the paid-for service (including, but nor limited to: during events (such as the Monaco Grand Prix) or lack of participants). In the event of this eventuality, alternative dates, times or tours will be offered. Upon booking, the client accepts these eventualities. SUNNYdays Prestige Travel is not liable for these changes. However, SUNNYdays Prestige Travel will refund the client if no solution is found more than 24 hours before the event.

Two persons minimum to guarantee departure, except where stated otherwise. While SUNNYdays Prestige Travel will accept reservations for single individuals, a minimum of two persons will guarantee departure, except where stated otherwise. For individual reservations: the client accepts that the tour might be cancelled, however SUNNYdays Prestige Travel will endeavour to offer the tour to the client on a different date. SUNNYdays Prestige Travel and the client agree to enter into correspondence either by email, SMS or telephone in order to ensure the tour is not cancelled. However, should no solution be found, and the tour is cancelled due to a lack of participants, the client will be refunded for the total of your tour. However, SUNNYdays Prestige Travel cannot be held responsable if client does not check for messages from SUNNYdays Prestige Travel prior to their tour.

Upon booking, the client accepts that pick up times start prior to the tour. It is the client’s responsibility to inform SUNNYdays Prestige Travel of their pick up location. The client also agrees to contact SUNNYdays Prestige Travel either by telephone (+33 622202082) or by email ([email protected]) 24 hours before tour departure to confirm pick up time and location. If the client does not do this, SUNNYdays Prestige Travel cannot be held responsable for tour cancellation, and is not liable for refunds.

No refund for tours interrupted at client’s own will. Should the client cancel the tour less than 24 hrs before departure: 50% is due. Same day: 100% is due (i.e. no refund).

Wheelchair adapted tours are ONLY available on prior reservation: please request upon booking, not at start of tour! SUNNYdays Prestige Travel is not responsable or liable for any tour cancellation if wheelchair adapted tours and vehicles are not reserved in advance. Kindly note that not all attractions or facilities are accessible to those in wheelchairs: it is for this reason that SUNNYdays Prestige Travel cannot offer public sightseeing tours to the handicapped. We do however allow you to design your own private tour - our team is available to help you design a tour suited to your needs. Wheelchair vehicle configuration: Driver, 5 able-bodied passengers and 1 wheelchair tether for handicapped passenger. SUNNYdays Prestige Travel do not supply wheelchairs themselves.

Driver guided tour with space for 4 passengers maximum. SUNNYdays Prestige Travel cannot be held responsible and is not liable if client reserves but client’s party is greater than 4 in number.

Tour starts at agreed time, not eventual arrival time of client. Please note that cruise ships do not dock in Cannes and Villefranche-sur-Mer (Nice). Instead, a tender service is used to transport passengers ashore. Client understands that it is their responsibility to allow time for their tender both before the start of their tour and for their return time to the port of call. SUNNYdays Prestige Travel cannot be held responsible and is not liable if incorrect cruise ship departure times are communicated either to the company or to the driver guide.

Monaco regulations oblige SUNNYdays Prestige Travel to furnish the client’s parties details to the Monaco authorities. These details include (but are not limited to): Client names; number in party; pick up time and pick up location(s). If client party is staying in more than one hotel in Monaco, client understand that SUNNYdays Prestige Travel have to pass on details of each hotel to the Monaco authorities. Client understands that it is their responsibility to provide these details to SUNNYdays Prestige Travel, and if not, understands that their excursion will be cancelled. SUNNYdays Prestige Travel cannot be held responsible and is not liable if these conditions are not met.

Tours are offered in air-conditioned 8-seater minibuses with comments provided by a driver / guide. The required language must be stipulated when booking the service. Tours can only be guaranteed in French and English. Other languages ​​are on request. Drivers / guides are not required to accompany guests on sightseeing sites or inside tourist monuments. Schedules of site visits will be given by the driver upon arrival at the venues and in accordance with the current tour.
